All utilities (water and electricity). WiFi service throughout the facility. Weekly bath\/bed linen. Initial\/final apartment cleaning. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances and dishes. Apartment amenities: Led TV, safe, hair dryer, and table with chairs on the balconies\/terraces. Beach service in affiliated Chalet (one umbrella with two sunbeds) in July and August. Italian breakfast served in the ground floor lounge. I Colori del Mare srls di Roberto Cesoni, located at Via Nazario Sauro, 27 in Porto San Giorgio (FM) leases fully furnished rooms. The apartment is leased exclusively to meet housing needs of a transient nature, the tenant having declared his intention to use it for tourism purposes only for the period shown below. Due to its nature, this contract will cease to be effective on the day of exit, shown overleaf, and shall be deemed terminated for that date.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

This must be done by fax, letter or e-mail with acceptance by i Colori del Mare srls; if the cancellation is communicated within the thirtieth day from the date of arrival i Colori del Mare srls will retain 50% of the deposit paid, if the cancellation occurs after the thirty days i Colori del Mare srls will retain 100% of the deposit paid. In the absence of cancellation, if the Client fails to show up, full payment of rent is still due. If the cancellation is made in the 7 days before arrival, the Client is obliged to pay the full amount.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The arrival of more people than reserved, even being children of any age, entitles i Colori del Mare srls to cancel the reservation with loss of the deposit paid. Any exceptions will be allowed upon telephone notification within 15 days from the date of arrival and acceptance by I Colori del Mare srls.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
